Important Policy Change for Filing Switcheroo Returns, effective 2nd October, 2021. *
In order to enable better experience for you in reimbursements
claim process in the course of receiving switcheroo, we are glad to introduce transition
of reimbursement claim process (from TFA form to SAFE-T) for switcheroo for
seller flex orders effective 2nd October, 2021.
What
is changing? For Switcheroo claims, sellers have to raise claims on SAFE-T (Please
click here to know
more about raising SAFE-T claim) from 02st October 2021 and TFA form
used earlier for raising switcheroo claims will be discontinued from 02st
October 2021. SAFE-T can be accessed at here.
What
is expected from the sellers? All SAFE-T Claims should be filed within 7 calendar days (relaxation
of claim window applicable as per COVID-19 Reimbursements policy, please click here to know
more) from the date the shipment was marked as ‘returned/delivered to seller’
in Seller Central. All appeals on resolved SAFE-T Claims should be made within
7 business days from the last resolution date. SAFE-T claims will be acted upon
as per the applicable claims policy for Seller Flex and SAFE-T.
What
happens once SAFE-T claim is filed? Effective 2st October 2021, Whenever a SAFE-T claim is
filed, you will receive an email from SAFE-T-Review@amazon.in with the details
of the SAFE-T claim and the Order ID on which the claim was filed. If you have
been asked to provide any additional supporting documents for your SAFE-T
Claim, you need to reply with in three business days (where such business days
include Saturdays) to the same email or to the latest email with the same
subject from SAFE-T-Review@amazon.in.
